The entire atmosphere begins and ends with Dr. Gupta.  He is competent and respectful.  These are traits of a sound character.  When the doctor is arrogant and condescending, the environment is stressful for the patients and the staff.  I do not mind visiting the office because it is not stressful.  I do not have to argue.  I do not get blamed for the problem.  It is like “fault” does not matter.  That is the way it ought to be.

Nice office.  Everyone is friendly, especially Dr. Punjabi.  She seems to really care about her patients and she personally called the house to check up on my son, who had gotten a tooth pulled.  You just don’t hear of that any more.  I am very pleased with this office.
